Introducing Sourcebook! A new feature here, Sourcebook is a curated collection of goods and services that fall in line with my personal ethos of living well. I don't believe you have to have the latest and greatest to live a meaningful life. I don't believe you have to follow trends to feel comfortable in your home or clothing. I don't believe there is a one-size prescription for contentment, or a materials-based formula for happiness. I don't believe that quanitity wins.
I do believe, however, that on some level, we are all consumers, and in that, we have the opportunity to make choices that will have both direct and indirect effects on our quality of life. We can choose the beautiful, the long-lasting, the quality-made. We can train our eye to appreciate craftsmanship and goodness when we see it. We can choose to place our hard-earned dollars into hands where it will support men and women who are working to make the world a better place.
Here in Sourcebook, I'll get to play matchmaker between those who appreciate useful services and curated products, with those who provide them; a true benefit for all in the exchange. If you prefer the idea of living with fewer, better things, this place is for you. Appearing only on Saturdays, Sourcebook will be your consumer's guide to thoughtful, simple living. I may receive compensation from companies that I feature here, however, all words and opinions will be my own. Thank you for supporting brands that support this quiet space.
