Virtual one-on-one design time to use however you need. Each session begins with a 60 minute Zoom meeting and follows with delivery of supporting information specific to your project, which may include sketches, links, and guides. Choose from any of the following points of focus for your session:

Design & Decor $650: For those who are seeking design guidance for their existing home, but do not require project management, procurement, or custom design work. This real-time connection will bring you immediate vision and direction in helping your home live well. Guidance is conceptual only and may cover the following topics:

  • Area rug size/style/color

  • Furniture layout

  • Paint color and wall treatments

  • Drapery and window treatments

  • Styling

  • Art placement

  • Cabinetry and built-ins

  • Designer review of your short-list of selections or items-in-consideration

  • Organization

Pre-Construction Counsel $650: For those who are anticipating a ground-up build. Be prepared from the outset and gain a realistic understanding of the process, costs, and timelines. Learn how to avoid costly mistakes and decision fatigue, and understand the benefits of assembling the right team.

Pre-Renovation Walk Through $650: For those who are anticipating a renovation. An opportunity to dream and scheme with a designer by your side. Receive guidance with project orientation and the development of your design vision and goals in reference to your space. This service is perfect for bathrooms, kitchen, or multiple room renovations.

Plans Review $1500: Coming soon! For those who are embarking on new construction or renovation and have a preliminary set of plans. This next-level service is a recommended sequel to Pre-Construction Counsel or Pre-Renovation Walk Through. Get expert assessment of spacial delegations and interior architecture of your preliminary floor plan before building is begun. In this redlining service, I consider elements such as circulation allowances, use of space, adjacencies, interior views, and centerlines, catching deficiencies and oversights that may be present, and offering solutions that will bring better livability to the space. This service is intended to elevate, refine, and enhance the work already invested by the architect or architectural designer thus far. The service includes a 60 min zoom conversation, plus hours parcel, for projects up to 1800 square feet. Projects over 1800 square feet will be charged additional time, accordingly. Coming soon!
